Things to know before you cancel
- Your booking will be cancelled immediately. Eligibility for credits or refunds will be reviewed in line with the fare rules and policies applicable to your booking and will be queued for processing. Your fare rules can be found on the Virgin Australia website and we encourage you to review the options available to you before proceeding.
- We aim to process requests for travel credits and refunds within 21 days. However, we are currently receiving a higher than usual number of requests due to the ongoing impact of border restrictions on our operation so there may be a delay in processing your request.
- If your original booking was made through a travel agent, we unfortunately cannot process your cancellation via this form. Please contact your agent to discuss changes or cancellations.
- Different refund/credit options may apply for Bookings paid with Velocity Points or a combination of Points plus Pay. Please visit the Velocity website to review the options available before proceeding.
