Refund to Velocity Points
Your booking was made using Velocity Points. If you choose to cancel your booking, your request will be submitted to our team and make take up to 21 days to process. Your eligibility to receive a travel credit or Velocity Points for your cancelled booking will be reviewed in line with the fare rules and policies applicable to your booking. A cancellation fee may apply per guest per booking as set out in the fare rules. If your Reward Seat is cancelled online, any applicable cancellation fees will be deducted in Points. Fare rules can be found on the Virgin Australia website for Any Seat bookings and for Reward Seat bookings.
Your booking will be cancelled, however as per fare rules, cancellation fees have been applied and no refund or credit will be issued. Please note, change and cancellation fees are not payable where you are entitled to a refund under the Australian Consumer Law.
